The first thing you should do, as soon as you can, is use the 2 blue impression trays and 3 sets of impression material to create your molds for your custom fitted teeth whitening trays. Whenever you start whitening, you may panic whenever you open the packs with the gels. The gels come in tubes that look a lot like needles, but don’t worry, there is no poking. The syringes of gel actually make it easier to glide the right amount of gel onto the whitening trays.

I happen to have sensitive teeth and I have to use a specific brand of toothpaste. It has helped a lot. But I often wonder about whitening products. Glad I read your post!
