Celebrate fall with your new favorite dessert, Apple Crisp Egg Rolls. This simple recipe uses plenty of apples and a pack of Twin Dragon’s delicious Egg Roll Wrappers.

Ingredients

• 6 Apples Peeled & Sliced
• 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• For the Crisp
• 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
• 3/4 Cup Flour
• 1 Stick Butter (soft, not melted)
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• For the Egg Rolls:
• 1 Package Twin Dragon Egg Roll Wrappers
• Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Spread apples in 8X8 cooking pan
3. Add sugar and cinnamon to apples and mix
4. In a separate bowl, mix together crisp ingredients
5. Spread crisp ingredients across apple mixture
6. Bake until apples are tender
7. Let apple crisp cool
8. Take your Twin Dragon egg roll wrappers, add apple crisp and close like instructions tell you to on the pack.
9. Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides
10. Serve with whipped topping, vanilla ice cream, and/or powdered sugar

Notes

For a more pie-crust-like taste, try using two egg roll wrappers doubled together instead of one.
