Do your kids enjoy chasing butterflies and bugs outside in the summer time? Amazon has a great new net and pop up terrarium that they will LOVE + it’s under $20 for both pieces!!!
This butterfly net and terrarium is a hit in our household after just one week! The kids love to chase after butterflies (& actually catch them!) with this net. And, when they catch a cool butterfly, they can release it inside the terrarium and watch it for hours at a time without any harm to the butterfly.
When you’re done with the net just simply fold it shut and store it. It’s so easy to use that kids can practically do it themselves!
For those parents, who like me, have already been through tons of butterfly nets, this one seems to be made with a lot better quality than those ones you pick up at the local store. This net is made with high quality metal, to assure you never have to worry about it breaking easily on you.
And, to make this net even more desirable a telescopic handle extends for a reach up to 28.3 inches or 2 feet, 4.3 inches!
After catching a butterfly or a bug, you can then place it inside the foldable butterfly habitat which zips at the top to keep the insect inside. Once inside, you can easily view the insects and watch them through the breathable material. My kids and I love this feature and we’ve learned so much about bugs by watching them through this terrarium.
While I wish we would have had this set years ago, you can still buy it on Amazon for under $20! This set will make a unique gift idea and be hours of fun outside! To purchase it click HERE.
