This fried zucchini recipe is so easy to recreate! It requires just a few simple ingredients and its a great way to get rid of that overflowing pile of zucchini from your garden!

Every year we have an over abundance of zucchini in our garden. This year, is no different! We’re already pulling bushels off our plants and we need something to do with them before they go to waste. That’s why we resorted to an old family favorite recipe that I grew up with, Fried Zucchini! It’s so good and one of my favorite summertime treats.

To make this delicious treat all you need are a few simple ingredients that you should already have on hand.
- 1-2 decent sized zucchini
- Flour
- 6 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- Seasoning Salt
- oil
Whenever you are ready to fry your zucchini, you can use a stovetop or a griddle. We ended up using Michael’s new griddle grill and it fried the zucchini up in no time.

This recipe is fairly simple so you shouldn’t have any problems making it. But you do need to be sure to add plenty of oil to your frying pan or griddle because if you don’t your zucchini will not taste right.
This delicious summertime favorite is easy to make and sure to be a family favorite.
