St. Patrick’s Day Inspired Kid’s Ice Cream Float uses both the rainbow and the green St. Patrick’s Day color to celebrate the holiday with. I personally love how this drink takes a twist on a classical favorite, root beer floats.
St. Patrick’s Day Inspired Kid’s Ice Cream Float Recipe
This drink can be made with any ole’ cup that you may have laying around the house, but I personally love using a special, fun designed glass to make this drink feel more holiday themed.
All you need for this drink is some ice cream, I used United Dairy’s Frozen Dessert Superman ice cream, Ginger Ale (Sprite will work too), whipped cream, green gel icing, and some sprinkles. You can add candy topping like the green lollipop, but that is totally optional.
If you can’t find any rainbow colored ice cream, you could always use vanilla ice cream and food coloring.
