What are Superior Source Vitamins and What makes them Unique?
Superior Source Vitamins is known for its MicroLingual® tablets, which are small, quick-dissolving tablets that dissolve under the tongue. Their micro-tablets dissolve fast with no pills to swallow or water needed.
Today, Superior Source Vitamins has over 70 vitamins and supplements to help aid my family’s quest for a healthier lifestyle.
About the Founder of Superior Source Vitamins, Ron Beckenfeld
The Superior Source Vitamins story is an inspiring tale of innovation and dedication. It all began with Ron Beckenfeld, a passionate advocate for natural health and wellness. In the late 1960s, Ron began distributing natural dietary products out of his car, driven by a belief in the power of natural remedies.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Continental Vitamin Company in 1969, marking the birth of a company that would revolutionize the vitamin industry. Ron’s vision was to create a line of vitamins that were not only effective but also pure and simple, free from unnecessary additives and fillers. In 1998 he started Superior Source MicroLingual® due to his concern about his father’s Parkinson’s condition.
“When my father developed Parkinson’s, he already had a heart condition. I realized he had problems swallowing traditional large tablets, which inspired me to find a way to help my dad and others who had similar problems swallowing the vitamins they needed.”
“My dad had nitroglycerine tablets, which are very small and dissolve instantly, and he asked me why I couldn’t make vitamins like these. This was the “ah-ha!” moment that started the evolution of instant dissolving tablets, and Superior Source was born.”
“I was also concerned about all the additives and excessive amount of other ingredients found in conventional vitamin tablets, so decided to create a vitamin that was small and pure where potency isn’t lost in the high acid environment of the stomach.”
Ron started with a B-12 quick-dissolving soft-molded tablet and continued to develop an entire line of clean and pure MicroLingual® instant dissolve tablets where users didn’t have to worry about swallowing.
50 years later, Ron is still passionate about providing people with easy-to-swallow tablets.
My Experience with Superior Source MicroLingual® Vitamins
As someone who is very selective about what I put into my body, trustworthiness is paramount when choosing vitamins. When Superior Source Vitamins approached me to try their products, I didn’t immediately jump on board. Instead, I took the time to research and learn about their products. What I discovered was complete transparency and a commitment to clean, pure, and simple ingredients.
I could easily read and understand the ingredients in their vitamin bottles, eliminating the need for extensive research. Every product that I received from Superior Source Vitamins was so simple that I felt confident taking their vitamins. And, I absolutely love that Superior Source Vitamins use MicroLingual® tablets.
These are amazing for people like me who struggle to swallow large pills. The MicroLingual® tablets simply dissolve in the mouth in seconds and the flavor isn’t half bad.

I’ve never used this brand before, but it looks to be a good product. I am a strong believer in taking supplements to help keep us all healthy. It is rough out there.
I love the B12
I like the story behind why the company was created (for his dad)
