When it comes to homeschooling, all kids are different. Some love to learn while others, like my son, would rather do other things. That’s why in this uncertain time, when we are all faced with homeschooling, we have to find creative ways to teach our children so they get the very best education they can.

In order to do that, I am sharing my all-time favorite homeschooling websites for elementary school kids. These websites are all backed by years of reviews and have been personally used by all three of my elementary-aged students.

Reading Eggs Combined With Mathseeds

Reading Eggs makes learning to read easy and fun! With engaging games, lessons, and activities, kids will love to learn! Great for children ages 2 to 13, Reading Eggs is just what your elementary-aged child needs to succeed in reading. This program even guarantees that your child’s reading will improve in just a few weeks time.

Though I just learned about Reading Eggs a few weeks ago, I have been using this program for the last few weeks with all three of my children and they love it! This program is so much fun to use, that my kids don’t mind doing their work. All I have to do is put the computer, or their tablet, in front of them, and Reading Eggs does everything else. With Reading Eggs, kids even get rewarded in the form of eggs.

Each egg that kids earn, gives them ‘money’ to buy things for their avatars, apartment, or arcade time.

Stride Academy

Have a child who absolutely refuses to sit still and learn? I feel ya! My middle child hates learning that’s why Stride Academy was a blessing to my family! Not only will my son now sit and learn, but he gets to play games while learning! Stride Academy is specifically for children in Pre-K through 8th grade and focuses on game learning in four core subjects; Reading, Science, Language Arts, and Math.

While we just found the Stride Academy website, it is already an essential part of our homeschooling curriculum. This program doesn’t necessarily teach everything, but it does come with a ton of educational videos to help your child in certain areas, whenever they may need help. This program is on the cheaper side of homeschool programs, but right now Stride Academy is offering the program for free until June 30, 2020, so you can check it out without any strings attached by visiting HERE.

Time4Learning

Help your children learn with Time4Learning’s complete homeschool curriculum. This program is used by over 600,000 homeschool families and it is completely student-focused. The program is based on your child’s personal grade level and teaches them everything they need to know to succeed.

While it does lack subjects like; art, writing, health, and physical education, this program does a wonderful job at teaching children and even quizzes them to make sure they ‘get it’. Although this program doesn’t currently have a free trial offer, it is fairly affordable at just $19.95 a month and $14.95 for each additional child every month. Tutor Bot

When Tutor Bot first reached out to me and asked me to provide a link to their website, I almost ignored it. But something just told me to check out their website and I am so glad I did!

Tutor Bot offers a ton of great math resources for struggling and new learners and best of all, it’s completely free. The games Tutor Bot offers are designed to be fun and engaging, so children stay motivated while they learn. Each game helps children develop math fluency, accuracy, and speed.

To try Tutor Bot math and number games go HERE.

These programs are just some of the hundreds of online websites for elementary students, that my family has found that work. Do you have any favorites? Share them in the comments below.
