Friends, today I want to share something that I’ve kind of been keeping to myself for a while. My husband and I had a horrible year last year. No, I don’t mean we’re fighting and thinking of divorcing, I mean we dealt with and we made it through an extremely tough year.
My husband was hurt at work mid-year, last year and we weren’t prepared. We lost almost all of our stuff. Thankfully, we were selling our house before this happened and it sold, but our move into our parent’s house while it sold has kind of become more permanent than temporary, as of now.
We were really having a rough time with everything, and feeling helpless. I wasn’t sure of what to do so many times, but now I’m looking towards God, more than ever before. I’m finally seeing hope. Hope that there’s a plan and we’re gonna see it soon.
While I’ve tried to share this with y’all a million times before, I just couldn’t. I couldn’t keep from feeling like a failure and feeling angry. But, after being sent the movie,[amazon_textlink asin=’B0788W5DB2′ text=’ Heaven Bound’ template=’ProductLink’ store=’cryscard-20′ marketplace=’US’ link_id=’42a7d418-fb15-11e8-8c9a-31f26f8e36d9′] to watch and review, I feel like I have to share our story.

In the movie Heaven Bound, a husband Michael Joiner and wife Nancy Stafford kind of go through a somewhat similar ordeal that my husband and I faced. After the husband, a marketing director, loses his high paying job, the couple loses everything. They are literally living with no water or electric when they decide to rob the wife’s dying boss.
Through a variety of different events, the couple, along with her goofball brother, Moochie Torry Martin, end up getting more than they bargained for.
While I won’t go into detail, as not to spoil this movie, I will tell you that I watched Heaven Bound with my family and parents and we all loved it.
As we begin to watch Heaven Bound, my dad said something along the lines of I can tell why this was never a big movie. But, by the end of the movie, we couldn’t get over how funny it was.
So much of Hollywood movies are now about sex and F-bombs, I feel like films like Heaven Bound are becoming harder and harder to find.
Thankfully, FishFlix has us covered with Christian DVD’s, books, and music.
Heaven Bound is available on DVD March 27th, and you should definitely check it out, you’ll laugh so hard. Find it here – https://www.fishflix.com/christian-movies-heaven-bound-dvd.html
