Oh, sweet child, you’re going through something. We all are. It’s rough, I know, but you can make it through.
Not to long ago, my family went through something too. My seven year old son was just in kindergarten and we encountered a bully. Oh, how we tried to get the school to do something, but they could care less. My husband and I pulled our son out of public school and into cyber school, but it never felt right. We couldn’t hurt our son when he did nothing wrong, so we decided to sell our perfect little home. We moved in with my parents, at the time it was only supposed to be for a few months, but then my husband got hurt at work.
His work eventually started holding his pay and we lost everything. I mean everything. The credit we worked so hard to build up was now ruined. The banks wouldn’t look at us and we couldn’t get a home. Oh, how bad we felt. Our children were living in one room, our life was stuffed away in a storage unit and we just felt terrible.
We had no sense of what to do, so we just prayed. Thankfully, God found us in our darkest moment. He took that deep depression I had been in and made me feel whole again.
For the first time in months, I saw the light at the end of the long tunnel. I finally felt like I could do this. Life is hard friends, but God is good.
It may feel like He has abandoned you, but trust me, he is still there. He’s with you every step of the way. We may not see it at the time, but God has a reason for everything. And, for me, I believe he wants me to use it as my testimony to him.
Friends, if you are hurting, turn to Him. Find a pastor, go to church, redem yourself.
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
Dear God, please let my friends realize that they are not alone and You are there. Show them your love and teach them your mercy. For what they have done is nothing you can’t forgive. Bring them to you and bring them out of this crisis.
